P IEEE 802.21d

Dear Members,

I am happy to announce that LMSC EC has approved the  IEEE P802.21d draft D8.0 to forward to IEEE-SA RevCom 

in its March  2015 closing plenary meeting.   I will request IEEE-SA stuff to add this in RevCom’s continuous

processing agenda in May, 2015.

 

My sincere thanks to TG Chair, Editor  and all the active members, and contributors that made this happen.
