Dear IEEE 802.21 WG Members,

 

With this email, the IEEE 802.21 Working Group is officially beginning WG Technical Letter Ballot #9 (LB9), which is a ballot on the question "Should the  IEEE P802.21.1™/D01 be forwarded to Sponsor Ballot?".

 

This Ballot opens on Wednesday,  December 16, 2015 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 30 days later on Friday,  January  15, 2016 at 23:59 (11:59pm) Anywhere On Earth (AOE).

 

The instructions and 'Ballot Pool for 802.21 Letter Ballot #9 can be found at:
