Dear IEEE 802.21 WG Members,

 

With this email, the IEEE 802.21 Working Group is officially beginning WG Technical Letter Ballot #11 (LB11), which is a ballot on the question "Should the IEEE P802.21.1™/D02 be forwarded to Sponsor Ballot?".

 

This Ballot opens on Thursday,  March 31, 2016 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 30 days later on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 23:59 (11:59pm) Anywhere On Earth (AOE).

If you believe that you are either an IEEE 802.21 voting member or contributed heavily to the development of the draft specification but  your name does not appear in the list ,  please let me know.
