[STDS-802-24] Reminder: Topic Abstracts for Student Paper Competition
All,
At the July meeting, the 802.24 TAG discussed potential topics for the
student paper competition. Several topics were proposed, and actions were
assigned for writing a short abstract to describe the topics for the
contest announcement.
The topics were:
?Regulatory (TVWS, cognitive radio, sensing metrics,
etc)
?Implications of LBT rules in regulatory domains, techniques for spectrum
sharing
?New ideas for standards or amendments
?History and implementation of security architecture
?Improving Humanity through Technology
I have received one abstract for "History and
implementation of security architecture". The deadline
was the end of August, but it is not too late to submit additional
topics. We can consider them up to the time this topic is discussed
on Wednesday, Sept 16th.
