        - Agree on fundamentals
                - use 4" host to compare Diminico and Nicholl (good agreement in presentations)
                - report losses at Nyquist
                        - use base 100GbE rate therefore report at 12.89GHz
                        - iterate based on study group / task force input based on FEC resolution
                - For the host, focus on host channel and connector loss

        - Host:  Diminico and Nicholl use on 4", Megtron 4, and refer to same OIF presentation (OIF2010.132.01)
                - Difference could be in allocation for vias etc.
                - Action for Chris D to resolve difference

        - Connector: Diminico includes paddle card termination
                - Action for Chris D to develop updated application diagram which includes details on what is included for loss budget

- Overall feeling is the two proposals are closer than they appear on the surface
- Next meeting will target having updated proposals using common fundamentals

- Team is open to having additional material presented on host length requirement
