[802.3_100GCU] IEEE P802.3bj Consensus Discussion

Dear Task Force Participants,

As a follow-up to our prior call, I would like to hold another call to discuss our consensus moving forward into the March Plenary.  Pravin Patel is working on an update to his presentation, which is clearly a key point that we need to resolve.  I would like the other consensus champions to give us a status update on their individual efforts.
