Hi All,

Liav has been at work running the COM script through its paces in an effort to develop better models for the package. He discovered and small error in determining the sample point for some channel experiments he was running. This version of com com2l_d1p2a resolves this. Only a few channel were affected. See slides in zip file. In the process I also aligned COM code more exactly to draft 1.2 p291 line 46. (95A.1.5). The zero crossing code now include the 1% instead not using a tolerance.
