Colleagues,

Following November plenary meeting there was an ad-hoc group formed for the discussion and closure of an agreed proposal of PKG and measured return loss.

A first meeting is planned for Wednesday Dec. 5 @ 11a.m. PST.

If you would like to participate in the ad-hoc meetings please let me know and I will forward you the invitation.

Specific targets and suggested agenda will follow.
