Dear Colleagues – As I noted on today’s call, I am announcing a series of Ad Hocs for May and June. I will be sending the calendar invites momentarily. Please take note that these are Ad Hoc meetings, not Telephonic Interims, so are meant for building
consensus and topics that need discussion. I have purposefully left off May 13th and June 3rd to allow for offline conversations and other task forces. For Ad Hocs, request for presentation is due the Monday prior AOE… while presentations are due the Tuesday prior at Noon PDT.
A presentation request should include: Title of presentation, authors & presenter, and estimated time for presentation (including Q&A). A gentle reminder that we still have 1 telephonic interim from our March series left next Wednesday (5/6). We will not be having any special meetings for .3ck the week of the now-cancelled face-to-face May interim. We will run our ad
hoc as normal.
