Beth,

 

Keysight would like to make a short 1 page presentation discussing the implication of the Eta_0 selections we have made.      It’s just a problem statement without a solution at this point.   I’d like to use this to get the technical contributors all on the same page and to start a level of offline engagement to find a better solution to what we have today.
