Dear Colleagues, Please note the registration fee required for participation in the July plenary. -Kent IEEE 802.3ck Task Force Vice Chair http://www.ieee802.org/3/ck/index.html From: Law, David <dlaw@xxxxxxx> Dear Colleagues, IEEE 802.3 will hold its July 2021 plenary session telephonically, from Monday 12th July, through Thursday 22nd July 2021. There will be an IEEE 802.3 Opening plenary meeting on Monday 12th July 2021,
an IEEE 802.3 Mid-session plenary meeting on Thursday 15th July 2021, and an IEEE 802.3 Closing plenary session on Thursday 22nd July 2021. These meetings will be held from 14h00 UTC (07h00 PDT, 08h00 MDT, 09h00 CDT, 10h00 EDT, 15h00 BST, 16h00 CEST, 19h30
IST, 22h00 CST, 23h00 JST) to 16h00 UTC. The IEEE 802.3 Working Group Opening, Mid-session, and Closing plenary meeting call information can be found below, calendar invitations will be sent shortly. Please always check <https://ieee802.org/3/calendar.html>
for the most up to date information. Task Force, Study Group, standing committee, and any appropriate ad hoc meetings will be held from Tuesday 13th July 2021 UTC through Wednesday 21st July 2021 UTC, excluding Friday 16th July 2021
UTC through Sunday 18th July 2021 UTC, and will be announced in the following weeks. Payment of a registration fee is required by anybody that attends any meeting held during this plenary session. This registration
fee will help offset the costs incurred by the cancellation of the July physical plenary. The registration fee will be 50.00 USD for all attendees until
Wednesday 23:59 UTC on 30th June 2021 after which it will increase to 75.00 USD for all attendees. The registration web site can be accessed
at <https://cvent.me/D5LYLq>. Attendance credit toward membership requires at least 75% attendance during the plenary session, as well as payment of the registration fee. As a result, you will need to record attendance at a meeting
on at least six of the eight meeting days of the July 2021 IEEE 802.3 plenary session, independent of how long a particular subgroup might be meeting. Several WG decisions are expected during the IEEE 802.3 meetings (most during the Thursday 15th July 2021
Mid-session and Thursday 22nd July 2021 Closing plenary meetings). Depending on the amount of discussion, IEEE 802.3 WG meetings may run beyond our target 16h00 UTC ending time, so please plan your time accordingly.
