Please note that today (midnight AOE) is the last day to submit presentations.  If you have requested presentation time, please use PDF format and follow the file name conventions as described below.  We would greatly appreciate presenters reviewing their own presentations to verify that they have followed the cited Presentation Style Guidelines including removal of any product pitches, corporate taglines, and/or confidential notices.
 
Filename: name_nn_mmyy_optx.pdf
where:

•  name =  last name of author
•  nn = number of presentation with the same name and date.  Start at 01. (If your presentation file is revised after being posted on the web, please use a lower case letter to indicate revision.  01a would be an update for file 01.)
• mmyy is month and year = 1112 for this meeting.
• optx indicates that the file is associated with the 40 Gb/s and 100 Gb/s Fiber Optic Task Force

Also, to support the web site search tool used by the IEEE P802.3 web site, the 'Document Information' fields of the PDF file must be completed as follows:

• Title: Title of presentation
• Author: Name(s) of author(s)
• Subject: IEEE P802.3bm 40 Gb/s and 100 Gb/s Fiber Optic Task Force
