[802.3_100G-OPTX] IEEE 100G Lambda Study Group March meeting announcement and call for presentations

Dear Colleagues, 

 

This is a meeting announcement for the next meeting of the 100 Gb/s per lane optical PHYs Study Group.  The meetings will be held during the 802.3 Plenary meeting week in Vancouver, BC, the week of March 11^th-15^th, 2019

The Study Group is anticipated to meeting on the full day Wednesday March 13^th with an 8am start (final schedule will confirm when published).  

  

With our Study group documentation all submitted.  We have 3 goals for this meeting:

• Review any feedback on documentation we receive and modify ahead of 802.3 Working Group request to approve
• Review any additional supporting presentations for the SG documentation
• Review any technical presentations towards baselines (no decisions possible in Study Group, but consensus building encouraged).

 

Presentations in line with any of the above is encouraged.

 

Requests for presentation time shall be made to me at mnowell@xxxxxxxxx  and must be made by EOD Friday, March 1st 2019.  The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy by Tues, March 5^th, 2019.
