Title: Presentations at the May 2005 Interim

Dear Task Force members,

I have received a few queries about the use of presentations while the draft is in Working Group ballot.  It is highly recommended that presentations be used sparingly to provide information, related to a comment, that is hard to capture within text.  The focus of the Task Force is to respond to the comments on the draft and develop responses to those comments.  The Task Force will have a lot of work to complete in the months ahead, and your assistance in minimizing the use of presentations will be greatly appreciated.
