[8023-10GEPON] Draft 1.3 updates
Dear Colleagues,
In the previously posted version of draft 1.3, we had a technical glitch resulting in page numbering restarting at the beginning of every clause.
This is fixed now and the new version is posted on the web. There were no other changes to the draft except the page numbering.

For you references, the previous version is also available at http://www.ieee802.org/3/av/private/draft_1_3/3av_d1_3_old_page_numbering.pdf (you need to use this complete URL to access it).
If you have started entering comments, please update the page numbers to match the new version of the draft.
