The Ballot Resolution Committee has met in Shanghai on Monday, June 8 to resolve comments submitted against draft D3.3.

We have resolved all 42 comments, including two comments submitted from the floor. The final comment responses are available here: http://www.ieee802.org/3/av/public/2009_06/3av_0906_comments_d3_3_accepted.pdf

 

The editors have prepared and uploaded an intermediate draft D3.3.1 to allow the task force to verify that all the changes are implemented according to the accepted comment resolutions. Please, review the draft and provide feedback by June 17^th.

 

Our tentative schedule for the next cycle is as follows:

• June 10, 2009 - Intermediate draft D3.3.1 is distributed for TF review and verification
• June 17, 2009 - Feedback on D3.3.1 is due
• June 18, 2009 - Draft D3.4 is posted
• June 19, 2009 - 3^rd Recirculation Sponsor Ballot on P802.3av/D3.4 opens (tentative date, depends on MyBallot staff)
• July 5, 2009 - 3^rd Recirculation Sponsor Ballot on P802.3av/D3.4 closes; Comments on D3.4 are due
• July 7, 2009 - Proposed D3.4 comment responses are posted
• July 14-16, 2009 - Comment resolution during July 802 Plenary meeting
