[10GMMF] Model Ad Hoc Task 1 telecon - model definition

Dear All,

There will be a meeting of the modellers for task 1 tomorrow at 5pm UK
time (noon East Coast, 9am West Coast).  Many thanks to Agilent for
providing this.

The main purpose of this telecon is to attempt to define a methodology
for the FDDI grade fiber modelling ahead of the Portland meeting.  The
expectation is that the modellers attend but anybody else in task 1 is
welcome to join in.

PLEASE SEND ANY INPUTS AS MUCH IN ADVANCE OF THE TELECON AS POSSIBLE
