[10GMMF] TP3 - Receiver Sensitivity Clauses - Suggested Change to D1.0 1-07-05.pdf;

Attached is an update to the proposed comprehensive stressed sensitivity clause.  The update contains many, but not all of the changes suggested by Piers.  I do not consider this a final version by any means, but am providing it since I will be referencing my related comment today to this as the suggested remedy.  I expect that the TP3 group will further modify this proposal before the Vancouver meeting.
