inclusive, however, the above rates will apply from Sunday September 19th
through Friday October 8th subject to availability. Please make your room

to obtain this special group rate. For this meeting we have arranged a
room-block of 80 rooms which will be reserved for IEEE Interim Meeting
attendees
until the reservation cutoff date:

space available basis and will still honor the IEEE Interim Meeting
conference

Hotel Information

The hotel is situated next to the York Railway Station and consists of 158
ensuite bedrooms and a leisure center which includes a Gym, Sauna, Steam
Room
and Solarium. The hotel is set in 3 acres of landscaped gardens overlooking
the
York Minster and is the only city center hotel in York with the English
Tourist
Board's 5 Crowns Highly Commended Award.
