RE: 1/25-26 Editorial Meetings & Room Block REMINDER
To
clarify, this meeting is an open 802.3 meeting hosted by the 10 GEA at the
request of Mr. Booth (802.3ae editor-in-chief) and Mr. Thatcher (Chair of the
802.3ae Task Force).
It's
purpose is to allow the 802.3ae editors and their teams to work on action items
from next week's 802.3ae interim meeting.

Reminder -
The 10GEA Editorial Meetings are being held in the Bay Area Jan 25-26, 2001.
All reservations for sleeping rooms must be made by January 12, 2001. Also,
the 10GEA website had the meeting dates listed incorrectly as 1/24-25. The
correct meeting dates are 1/25-26 as stated above.
Sleeping
Rooms:
Sleeping rooms are at a premium in the Bay Area. A sleeping room
block was not available at the Sheraton San Jose where the meeting is being
held. However we have obtained a sleeping room block at the Beverly Heritage
Hotel which is next door to the Sheraton San Jose. Please call the hotel at
the number listed below immediately if you will need a sleeping room They are
on a first come first serve basis and are limited. All requests must be made
no later then 1/12/01. The room block is under 10GEA. The room rate negotiated
is $239.00 per night.
