[802.3ae] beating a dead PRBS23





I want to be sure that my interpretation of the required, but
likely unused WIS test mode PRBS23 based on O.150 is correct.

I think the first 64 bits of PRBS data for the first frame generated are

0x000001ff_ff83ffe0

where my msb is the first bit generated.

This assumes the output of the shift register is the msb inverted.

Does anyone agree/disagree with me?  or care?

Or, better yet, is there a publication I missed that describes this?
