Hi,
Going through the new draft and some remaining comments I see opportunity to
close a couple of comments now. Here I look for one confirmation of my
understanding, and this is that the max dispersion and transmitter penalty
in Table 52 -16 - is normative.
Is my understanding in this respect correct?
