The P802.3bu Task Force will be meeting from 1pm on Monday, 25
July 2016 until Tuesday, 26 July 2016 close-of-business.
Depending on the number of comments and complexity of 1st
Sponsor Ballot comment resolution, we may be required to work
late on both evenings.
Close times will be dependent upon conflicts with other IEEE
802.3 evening meetings, but the current schedule is as follows;
Monday, 25 July 2016 - 1pm - 6pm
Tuesday, 26 July 2016 - 8am - 6pm
Per my earlier "Chair's Standard Offer" to Task Force members
to review the draft (even if you are not a member of the Sponsor
Ballot Pool), any presentations related to issues found in the
draft should be requested by the following dates;
Presentation Request: Must be made by 15 July 2016 @
23:59 AOE to be considered an on-time request.
Presentation Submittal: Must be made by Wednesday, 20
July 2016 @ 23:59 AOE to be considered an on-time presentation
submission.
Late submissions will be subject to Task Force approval for
consideration at the meeting.
Also, if you anticipate a conflict in your time relative to
other 802 meetings that may be occurring in San Diego, please
communicate that to me so we can attempt to resolve that
conflict for the best interests of the Task Force.
