[802.3_1TPCE] IEEE P802.3bw 100BASE-T1 2nd Sponsor recirculation ballot results
Dear Colleagues,
The 2nd Sponsor recirculation ballot on the Amendment IEEE P802.3bw
100BASE-T1 closed successfully on 15th August 2015. The ballot exceeded the
required 75% for consensus to approve the draft. The August 2015 IEEE
P802.3bw Task Force interim meeting
<http://www.ieee802.org/3/interims/index.html> will consider the 87 comments
submitted and determine changes to the draft as appropriate. The
availability of the comment database will be announced on the IEEE P802.3bw
Task Force reflector.
An additional 12 comments were received after the ballot closed, these
comments will be marked as 'late' in the comment report and will be
considered by the IEEE P802.3bw Task Force if, based on a vote if necessary,
there is no objection to do so.
The ballot statistics are:

99 Approve
2 Disapprove
5 Abstain
106 Ballots returned
84% Response Rate (>= 75% required)
4% Abstain Rate (< 30% required)
98% Approval Rate (>= 75% required)
