Note that the options for submitting comments HAVE BEEN UPDATED, please review the commenting instructions below to ensure you are using the most up to date tools. IEEE P802.3bs is an amendment to IEEE Std 802.3-2015, which is a revision update from IEEE 802.3 P802.3bx.
