Hi all,

Please see updated proposal based on the Excel file summary.

There is one thing that we need to discuss is in the PD section for SS-PD if the number is 0.6 or 0.4 but this is a minor thing and the issue is the unbalance factor how to address it.

Please review and let me know your inputs.
