Re: [802.3_4PPOE] cmjones TDL

All, I got a lot of good comments on the first pass of my TDL document. I have incorporated as many of them as I could (at times there were more than one suggestion on how to fix something). I think this wraps the TDL item up succinctly. 

If you have feedback, please give it quickly. Presos are due TONIGHT 11:59pm AOE. I will be posting everything tomorrow.
