Attached is yseboodt_03 for review.
Primary aim is to resolve a couple of "multi-true" errors in the POWER_ON state exit logic.
As a special bonus, this should also OBE comment #445.
Many thanks to Mr. Stover who was able to further simplify the logic. Now it is even comprehensible.
