I neglected to mention the rooms.
On Wednesday we are in Estrelsaal C2+C3. On Thursday we are in Estrelsaal C1. http://www.ieee802.org/3/bt/public/jul17/allfiles.zip We meet at 8:00 on Wednesday. The afternoon we will yield some time for two face-to-face adhocs. At 13:00, our room will host the SCC18 adhoc for one hour. Then at 16:00, the room will host a two hour meeting
of the LLDP adhoc. The current plan is to start at 8:00 on Thursday but that may change based on the progress on Wednesday. We will have to meet on Thursday because we will hear the report from the LLDP adhoc and a presentation
on the Sponsor Ballot process. We will be done by 11:00 Thursday and the room will host an isolation adhoc meeting. Be sure to attend the Plenary close Thursday evening to ensure the WG votes to proceed our draft to SB.
