[802.3_B10GAUTO] IEEE P802.3cy April website and comments updated

Thank you for a productive meeting this morning. The updated agenda,
unconfirmed meeting minutes, and the approved response have been uploaded to
the website.
The reflector will be used to keep you updated on the progress of P802.3cy
as we move through the last stages of the project.
