Dear Task Force Participants,
We had a very successful initial task force meeting as we made a number of decisions, including all baselines for 40km objectives, as well as the decision to split the 802.3 project into two projects to address the 40km objectives and 80km objectives in separate projects (note – this is pending WG / EC / Std Board approval).
I have been working with Mr. Law to prepare the project documentation packages for submission. At this time I have updated the Nov webpage with all updated presentations, the proposed two PARs, and the motions deck. This may be found at http://www.ieee802.org/3/cn/public/18_11/index.html.
