On behalf of the Ethernet Alliance, thank you for registering for the upcoming IEEE 802.3 Interim Meeting. We look forward to seeing you in Newport Beach next week.

 

Courtesy shuttle:

If you fly into the John Wayne Orange County airport, retrieve your baggage and then call the Fairmont at +1-949-476-2001 to request a free hotel shuttle. Shuttle pickup is from the  ground transportation center. Free shuttles are NOT available from LAX.

 

Parking discounts:

All meeting attendees receive discounted parking rates. Local attendees should tell the valets they are attending the IEEE meeting. Self parking is not available at the Fairmont.

 

Registration and badges:
Please pick up your badge before your first session and wear it at all times. Badge pickup times and locations are:

 

P802.3.1 Ethernet MIB TF attendees only:

  • Monday, 23-Jan. 8:30-9:00am, Juniper Boardroom (802.3 Office)

All other 802.3 attendees:

  • Monday, 23-Jan. 2:00-4:00pm and 6:30-7:30pm, Bay Laurel Foyer (outside meeting rooms)
  • Tuesday - Thursday, 24-Jan. - 26-Jan. 7:30-9:00am, Bay Laurel Foyer (during breakfast)

For badge pickup after breakfast on Tuesday or Wednesday, please contact me by email, or in the IEEE 802.3 office in the Fairmont's Juniper Boardroom.
