 lowing the spirit of the January meeting\, we are soliciting contributions
  associated with system background noise in support of the work of the PHY
  Proposal ad hoc.\n\n\nParticipants are encouraged to review IEEE meeting

        MDI and isolation path (G. Zimmerman)\n\nb.      New contributions 
 with discussion\n•       40GBASE-T ARJ45 ICM (Victor Renteria\, Bel Stew
 art & TRP Connector)\no       Update to the first ARJ45 ICM that addresses
  insertion loss issues as well as NEXT and FEXT issues pointed out in the 
 January task force meeting.\n•       40GBASE-T Channel Model Elements Su
 mmary/Decoder (Pete Cibula\, Intel)\no       Follow-up from the January me
 eting\; a simple summary matrix and description of the various model eleme
 nts available in the P802.3bq Channel Data area\n\nc.      General discuss
 ion on system background noise and other channel impairments\n\n•
