[802.3_NGBASET] IEEE 802.3bq Rx CMNR Ad Hoc Meeting Reminder - Wednesday, April 29th, 2015 9:30AM PDT

Dear Colleagues,

 

Just a friendly reminder that the next meeting of the P802.3bq Rx CMNR ad hoc is scheduled for this Wednesday, April 29^th, 2015 from 9:30AM to 11:00AM PDT.

·         The meeting agenda and logistics (Lync meeting ID and dial-in number) are available at the end of this reminder.

·         Unapproved minutes from the last Rx CMNR ad hoc meeting will be posted to the ad hoc area of the P802.3bq site in the near future.

 

At this time, I have one item on the agenda, specifically

·         An ad hoc discussion of content needed to develop an informative Annex for Clause 113 to support subclause 113.5.4.3 Rejection of External EM Fields.

o   As a reminder, the purpose of such an Annex would be to provide implementers guidance on realizing a clamp test to support the specification.

 

I have received no other contributions or requests for presentation/discussion time in Wednesday’s scheduled ad hoc meeting.

If you are interested in presenting on Wednesday, please request a timeslot by 5:00PM  PDT, Tuesday April 28^th.

 

As a reminder, contributions related to the work of the ad hoc are welcomed, including those related to refining details of implementation (source-adjustment criteria, measurement points, and levels used) as suggested by the editor’s note in our P8023bq D2.0, subclause 113.5.4.3.

For your reference, the specification currently in the draft may be viewed in the D2.0 document.
