[802.3_NGBASET] comment considerations for tuesday morning

Colleagues,

We almost finished comment resolution today.

Comments deferred to Tuesday morning due to a request for more study time:

-          #403 on RS-FEC

-          #81, 84, 93, 107 on repetitive training

-          #220 – this was approved in the EZ bucket, however, the editors realized that the technical changes were more substantive than the believed and this should be considered by the group.

Start time Tuesday is 9am in Frick.
