Re: [802.3_NGBASET] 10G BASE-T clarification

This is a (6,32) regular (2048,1723) LDPC code.

Each row of H matrix has 32 ones and each column has 6 ones ( meaning each check node gets info from 32 variable nodes and each variable node gets info from 6 check nodes).

Therefore 32 / 6 = 2048 / 384 has to be satisfied where there are 2048 columns in H matrix and 384 rows.

Hi,

For 10G Base-T(clause 55) , matrix used H.txt for decoding LDPC parity downloaded from IEEE site has 384 rows but description show it should have 325 rows, is there any kind of discrepancy?

Please help me with this.

Thanks
