Jonathan,

Thanks for posting the comment responses.  Please check the final response to comment 18 on slide 10.

1.  The third and fourth rows of the table are currently both describing the TR pair type, but I think the fourth row should instead be describing the RT pair type.  

2. The shortest wavelength is stated as 840 nm in two instances (row 2 and row 4).  I think it should instead be 844 nm.
