The IEEE P802.3cm "400 Gb/s over MMF" Task Force will meet in Vancouver on 3/11-12.
Please observe the following dates:
2/26 Tuesday, midnight AOE - close of Task Force review of D1.2
2/28 Thursday, noon Eastern - ad hoc telecon
2/28 Thursday - Chair intends to pre-circulate D1.2 to the Working Group
3/5 Tuesday midnight AOE - deadline to submit contributions for presentation in Vancouver. Presentations directly related to comment against D1.2 are encouraged; contributions related to the progression to D2.0 are encouraged. Contributions on other topics will only be considered after all other agenda items are complete.
3/6 Wednesday - contributions posted to 802.3cm website
3/11 Monday - Co-located Interim 8-10am, begin comment resolution for D1.2
3/11 Monday - At Opening Plenary, Chair will announce week's goal of progressing to Working Group Ballot on Thursday
3/11-12 Monday-Tuesday - complete comment resolution for D1.2
3/14 Thursday - motion at Closing Plenary requesting permission to advance to Working Group Ballot
