[802.3_OMEGA] Straw Poll for I-107 and I-108

Luisma and P802.3cz Participants:

The subject of comments I-107 and I-108 is the expansion the center wavelength (range). I suggest a straw poll that states that directly instead of a reference to a drafted response.
