Due to an ongoing medical issue I will be unable to attend the Beijing meeting. John D’Ambrosia will Chair P802.3bp with the assistance of the other 802.3 WG officers. My thanks to John and the 802.3 officers for their assistance.

Requests for presentation time must be made before the second Friday preceding the meeting.  For the upcoming meeting, requests for presentation time shall be made to me at scarlson@xxxxxxxx   and must be made by midnight AOE on March 7th, 2014.  Please put this into you subject line: P802.3bp Presentation Request. Finally, I would like to ask everyone to stick to the deadlines. My response times may be delayed and you will help me if you can get requests and PDFs in on time.
