The scope of the review is the changes made from D1.4 to D1.5 Draft.

Comment resolution will take place at the July Plenary. This review should
focus on the changes made from D1.4 to D1.5. Since D1.5 will be the Working
Group preview draft, the Task Force will need to carefully consider any
changes made to the draft at the July plenary, and whether they are
important enough to create a D1.6. If D1.6 is created, all redlined changes
will need to be presented to the WG at the closing plenary.
