[802.3_RTPGE] P802.3bp Approved for Working Group Ballot

Colleagues,

P802.3bp was approved for Working Group ballot this afternoon at the 802.3
Working Group closing plenary in Waikoloa.

My congratulations to everyone in the Task Force for their hard work in
reaching this milestone.
