You should have submitted a comment (as a non-voter) during WG ballot, not after the ballot has closed. If the TF wants to consider a change, they have the option to enter a comment during comment resolution (if no similar comment was submitted during ballot), but they have no obligation to do so.

Im made a request for change to Table 54.6, subclause 54.7.3.4 to balance positive and negative values, specifically +1.9 and -1.9 volts.
The old values still appear.
