[10GBASE-CX4] October Tentative Meeting Host
Hello Fellow Task Force Members,
Our current plan allows for a recirculation ballot and a tentative meeting
to be held on October 14th to address any comments that arise from the
recirculation of our Sponsor Ballot document.
If you are interested in saving travel expenses by hosting the meeting (did
I get that right?) please contact me so that we can arrange the meeting and
get an announcement out with 30 days notice. I expect that we have to make
the announcement by September 12th to meet that objective.
In arranging for the upcoming Sacramento meeting, I have found it is easier
to simply absorb the cost of the conference room and refreshments for our
relatively small group and it is less expensive than round trip air-fare and
hotel costs in a distant locale. If you want to help out, it will be
appreciated. If you are located in the middle of the country or East Coast
and don't want another West Coast meeting, this is your chance!
