Please find attached a presentation which I hope to review in the 802.3cd Plenary face to face meeting in Chicago. The presentation describes a proposed change to parameters for Effective Return Loss (ERL) in D3.1 based on measurements, analysis, feedback, and presentations in the electrical ad hoc and the upcoming meeting.
