[802.3_10SPE] IMPORTANT - register for access to ITU facilities for Geneva

While there is no meeting fee, it is important for you all to register and get a badge to have access to the ITU facilities, regardless of whether it is 802 meetings or the joint workshop. Once you have badges, you will be able to badge themselves through security. Badges are also time-keyed, so your people need to make sure they indicate the days they plan to attend. For example, someone who only indicates Monday-Wednesday for your group would not be able to get into the building on Thursday if they decided to stay. They would have to re-register and get a new badge.

Please make sure to do this in advance of arrival.

Please see http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/3/interims/geneva_reg_0118.html  for registration links, and the ITU-T contact if you have questions.
