Re: [802.3_NGAUTO] IEEE P802.3ch Standards Association ballot 'Chair's standard offer' - Deadline approaching

Dear NGAUTO participants,

The deadline for sending rogue comments is fast approaching.  If you are not part of the ballot group and plan to send comments, please ensure you do so by 23:59 AOE December 18 (6:59 am EST December 19).  If you miss this deadline, I can't guarantee that your comments will be loaded prior to the ballot deadline.

Please note:  "Web ID" is the email you use to sign into imat for attendance during IEEE802 Plenary and IEEE802.3 Interim meetings.  This is NOT your IEEE ID number or member number.  If you don't use the correct email, your comment file will be rejected.

Thanks,

Natalie Wienckowski
P802.3ch Chief Editor

Dear NGAUTO participants,

If you are not part of the ballot pool, please remember to send me your comments by December 18 so that I can submit before the ballot deadline of 11:59 EST December 20.

If you plan to submit any comments that may require discussion with the group, please try to present them at one of our upcoming ad hocs:  Dec. 11 before the comment deadline, or January 8 or 15 prior to the Geneva Interim meeting.

Thanks,

Natalie Wienckowski

Dear Task Force Participants,

The initial Standards Association ballot has opened on IEEE P802.3ch/D3.0
with a ballot close date of Friday 20th December 2019 23:59 ET.

If you have joined the Standards Association ballot group and are planning
to comment further on the draft, please, follow the instructions provided on
the myBallot portal <https://development.standards.ieee.org/my-site/home>
under 'Balloting' -> 'myBallot Home' -> 'Manage myBallot Activity'.

If you did not join the Standards Association ballot group, but still would
like to comment on the draft, it will save the task force officers
significant effort if you would send your comments to Natalie Wienckowski
<nwienckowski@xxxxxxx> for inclusion in the ballot by Wednesday 18th
December 2019 AOE. Such comments will be identified in the comment field as
coming from you, and like all comments from outside the ballot group will be
non-binding. A web page containing the instructions on how to do this and
the spreadsheet that you will need to use to enter your comments is
available at
<http://www.ieee802.org/3/WG_tools/non_voter_comment/index.html>. You must
use this spreadsheet. The standard spreadsheet will not work for
non-SA-voter comments.

Please review the RevCom/ SA ballot tutorial here for additional
instructions on commenting:
