[802.3_NGAUTO] EZ bucket pulls - 56 & 136

Please pull comments 56 (165.7.2.3, pg 67 line 31) , and 136 (165.3.6.1, pg 66, line 39) from the EZ bucket.

 

I wish to withdraw comment 56 (I missed the XGMII reference, thank you, Piers).

 

The issue on comment 136 is that u and v are actually different – one for each phy (master/slave).  In a phy there are 2 frame counts – one for tx and one for rx….  The phy needs to know both, hence 2 variables.
