All,

Thanks to everyone who attended the Congestion Management
Study Group. Due to the hard work and diligence of the group,
we adopted a new set of objectives, responses to the 5 Criteria
and a Title, Scope, and Purpose for the PAR. Further, we agreed
to precirculate these documents to the Exec and 802.3 for consideration
at the November Plenary.

We also adopted a presentation to be given to 802.1 next week
during their interim meeting recommending that part of this work
be done under their umbrella. This and all other presentations can

The missing documents will be uploaded very soon.

There will be a conference call in a couple of weeks to discuss
the outcome of the 802.1 presentation and also to begin discussions
on a tutorial to be presented at the November Plenary. The announcement
of that conference call will be made here on this reflector and the call
will be open to all interested participants.
