On slide 15, bullit 2, "Backward Notification Creates Traffic in
Congested networks":

Two points: 1) The traffic that is created as a result of congestion is
in the opposite direction away from the congestion. 2)The BW of the
reverse traffic created, can be limited to a small percentage of the
total without reducing its effectiveness.

        1. I have tried to make presentation little more concise
                - Reduced Market potential slides to 2 from 4
        2. Added two foils up front to make intent of presentation clear
        3. Added a slide for discussion on DE and CI.
